  We sure do! Shipping rates may vary though!

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Processing takes 2-3 days.
  We leave a gap of a few days between receiving the order and shipping in case of cancelation.

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.
  International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

  We ship most week days, but not weekends

  Just remember that it is an independently owned business so we package and ship ourselves; and we have lives outside of running this store so please be patient with us!

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

• Why does your shipping cost so much??

  Well, if we did free shipping we would actually be losing a lot of money, shipping is quite pricey.
  Secondly, we do fast, first class, flat rate shipping which means you get a tracking code and fast delivery (usually 1-4 days depending on when you order) we only charge how much it takes to ship a flat rate.
  If you're aware of the postal system here in the US, then you know prices are going up due to deficit spending by the US postal service. This causes shipping rates, stamp prices to go up, and maybe even earlier closing times for postal offices.
  We do our best to ship your order the same day or the next day after you place your order.
  So there's really nothing we can do about shipping prices, sorry!

• What's the money being used for?

  Profit from this store goes to s top surgery fund for a transgender guy named Adriel! We're hoping to raise about $3,000-$10,000 dollars so he can pay as little as he can out-of-pocket! Any extra will be donated to other surgery funds in the trans community!

• Are the Gems/Stones you use in your jewelry genuine?

  Yes they are! We pride our selves on bringing you the highest quality handmade products. Most of our gems are bought in Arizona gem fairs where everything is genuine.
  If you buy a piece with a genuine stone or gem, it will:
  A) Say in the description or B) Come with a little card telling you about the gem/stone

  Most of our products are nickel free too!
